Transportation Details

Arrival transportation: Don Quito will pick you up at Toronto Pearson Airport on Friday, July 10 and take you to Hampton Inn Waterloo St. Jacobs.

Flight arrival: We understand your flight arrives at Toronto Pearson Airport at 3:45 PM.

Pending information: We are still waiting for your flight number so we can share the final details with Don Quito.

Departure transportation: Don Quito will take you from Hampton Inn Waterloo St. Jacobs to Toronto Pearson Airport on Sunday, July 12. The important timing is that you need to be at the airport by 12:00 PM.

Festival local transportation: Transportation between the hotel and the park, and from the park back to the hotel, should be arranged by personal Uber and will be reimbursed by the organization.

  • Your performance time is Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
  • Please arrive at Waterloo Park by 1:00 PM, one hour before your performance.
  • Your performance is scheduled for 45 minutes.
  • No soundcheck is scheduled prior to your performance.
  • Festival backline will be available on site.
  • Your arrival flight is expected at Toronto Pearson Airport at 3:45 PM on Friday, July 10.
  • Pending: we still need your flight number for Don Quito.
  • Don Quito will provide airport pickup from Toronto Pearson Airport to Hampton Inn Waterloo St. Jacobs.
  • On Sunday, July 12, Don Quito will take you back to Toronto Pearson Airport. You need to be at the airport by 12:00 PM.
  • For hotel-to-park and park-to-hotel travel, please use personal Uber. The organization will reimburse these trips.
