The Kultrún World Music Festival has been dubbed the region’s largest annual outdoor dance party and is produced by Neruda Arts. This festival is a free, family-friendly event that attracts both visitors and residents alike. The purpose of the festival is to bring together top talent from around the world to help celebrate diversity.This year The Kultrún World Music Festival 2025, is scheduled from July 11 to July 13, 2025. Building on last year's success with over 5,000 attendees, this year it will take place at Waterloo Park.

Friday July 11:  5pm - 10 pm
Saturday July 12: noon - 10 pm
Sunday July 13: noon -  7pm

*** WEEKEND FEES ***
Artists or makers : $ 100
Business or re-sell: $150
Food Trucks:  $300 - $450  Fees for food truck vendors will be discussed after the application depending of hydro required and products to sell.

***The application deadline is February 28th, so please ensure your submission is made before this date, as late applications will not be accepted. It's essential to note that vendors are expected to commit to all three days of the festival. Decisions will be made by March 11th, and successful applicants will be promptly contacted with further instructions.
