Neruda Arts Studio is a community-based cultural space designed for people to gather, create, rehearse, perform, teach, celebrate, and connect.
All bookings include WiFi, basic cleaning, washroom supplies, and waste removal.

Block Rate
For bookings of 3 hours or more.
Empty Studio
$30Basic cleaning only. No setup, furniture, or equipment included.
Basic
$50Setup and teardown of up to 30 chairs, 5 tables, and access to TV.
Medium
$75Setup and teardown of up to 40 chairs, 20 tables, and access to TV.
Full
$130Includes professional sound system, microphones, projector, chairs, tables, and TV.
